Overview

Meeting Analysis gives an AI breakdown of a client's recorded meetings. Pick a meeting from the list and review its summary, action items, deal status, and coaching notes so you can prep for follow-up and spot what to improve. Analysis is generated from the meeting recording, so it only appears for meetings that have one.

How to use this page

  1. 1
    Select the client

    Pick the client in the top-right switcher to load that deal's meetings.

  2. 2
    Choose a meeting

    Pick a meeting from the list on the left. The analysis for that meeting opens on the right.

  3. 3
    Read the analysis

    Review the meeting summary, Actions and Deal Status, and the Areas for Improvement coaching. Use it to plan next steps and to coach the rep who ran the call.

What the buttons do

Meeting list
Selects which meeting to analyze; the detail loads on the right.

Common questions

Why is there no analysis for a meeting?

Analysis is built from the meeting recording. Meetings without a recording, or whose analysis has not run, will not show a breakdown.

It says analysis failed. What happened?

The AI could not produce a breakdown for that meeting, usually due to a missing or unusable recording. Try another meeting or re-check the recording.

How is this different from Booked Meetings?

Booked Meetings is the list and status of meetings. Meeting Analysis is the AI review of what happened in a specific meeting.
