Audit every contact list imported for a client, with source, counts, owner, and download or cleanup actions.

Overview

Upload History is the audit trail of every contact list imported for the selected client. Each entry shows the list name, source (CSV upload, campaign import, or manual), the file, contact count, the campaign it fed, who uploaded it, and when. Use it to confirm what was loaded and download or clean up old list records.

How to use this page

  1. 1
    Select the client

Pick the client in the top-right switcher. The stat cards summarize total lists, total contacts across all lists, and the number of unique contacts.

  2. 2
    Find a list

Use the search box to match a list by name, source file, or campaign. The count next to the results reflects the filtered set.

  3. 3
    Read each entry

Every row shows the list name, a source badge (CSV Upload, Campaign Import, or Manual), contact count, the linked campaign, the uploader, and the upload date.

  4. 4
    Download a list

Use the download action on a list to export its contacts as a file.

  5. 5
    Remove a stale list record

Delete a list to remove the list record only. The contacts themselves are not deleted, just the grouping. You will be asked to confirm.

Common questions

Does deleting a list delete the contacts?

No. Deleting removes only the list record (the grouping). The contacts stay in the client's pool.

What do the source badges mean?

CSV Upload is a file you imported, Campaign Import came in through a campaign, and Manual was added by hand.

What is the difference between total and unique contacts?

Total counts every membership across all lists, so a contact on two lists counts twice. Unique counts each contact once.
